I AM IN CONTROL OF THE FOOD (MOSTLY) rather than it controlling me! ACTUALLY THIS WASN'T TOTALLY TRUE OVER THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD.

I AM STILL REALLY ENJOYING THE 100 DAYS TEAM AND CHALLENGES, FIND IT HARD TO POST ONLINE EVERYDAY BUT ANSWER IN MY JOURNAL, I BELIEVE I CAN FIT IT IN.

I DO BELIEVE in the Slimming World healthy eating plan but do realise my addiction to food means I have to be constantly vigilant of the 'extras'/syns
TRYING NOT TO EAT BETWEEN MEALS HOWEVER CHALLENGING THAT CAN BE!

I HAVE TAKEN TARGET again and am just below my SW target and intend to maintain it - the really hard bit.

Slimming World is all about Synergy (put every element together).

1 Fill up on free and superfree foods
2 Healthy Extras - A section and B section
3 Syns - 10 per day or 70 per week

We need to put all three elements together for Synergy!

Also try to drink at least 7 glasses of water/fluid every day

WRITE IT DOWN SO I KNOW I'M USING RATHER THAN ABUSING THE SYNS!

I now also recognise how important staying to Image Therapy group is, supporting other people as well! I know the plan really well and know it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Goals:
I have achieved my goal with Slimming World and want to maintain that weight =/-3lbs! CURRENTLY I AM AT TARGET, IN FACT AT MY LAST WEIGH IN I WAS slightly under my target weight and its about 1 year and 10 months since I took that target again, so attend classes at least every 4 - 6 weeks ;-)

My Program:
Currently working on the More 100 days programme, but not as seriously as perhaps I should but I still follow Slimming World eating plan and it is REALLY good for me!

Personal Information:
My name is Donna. I live near Preston, Lancashire. I have two children, a girl Chloe who is 16 and a son James who was 14 in March. I am happily married to Tony, we've been together for almost 30 years and married for 18 years. I was also diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis last year and am taking Copaxone injections 3 times a week to 'delay' any further progression and so far, so good!

Other Information:
I love reading, especially James Patterson and Karin Slaughter books

I also love aqua aerobics classes and zumba classes and am lucky with my current job of caring for my MiL I can afford the leisure centre membership again and the time to go to these classes and feel they are changing the shape of my legs and help with the mind issues too!

Sweet Sunday! Hope you have a lovely day with your family today. I enjoyed watching Strictly last night - do you watch it? I don't watch much on TV at all, but I do enjoy Strictly!

I really have enjoyed this 2 weeks' holiday. I used to only take one week at a time - but recently started taking 2 weeks together at least once a year. Actually, this year I've taken two lots of 2 weeks - I have another fortnight at the beginning of December!

I did wonder whether going away to see my brother and sister-in-law in the middle of this holiday would make it seem shorter - but it seems to have had the reverse effect. So that's something else I've learned! I'll do that mid-fortnight long-weekend trip away again next year.

I've almost forgotten about work altogether! Fortunately for me, I only have to go in for 3 hrs on Monday for a training session. But then back in early on Tuesday, to pick up where I left off! It's not too bad (or maybe it seems like that because I'm rested!)

I've really appreciated having time to do my healthy routines like yoga and walking, making a hot lunch for myself, meeting up with friends, relaxing with a book in the afternoon sometimes. Still, that's what holidays are for I guess - unwind, relax, re-energize myself.

Yes, it's been very good. And I've been better at being relaxed - I even said 'no' to something happening today - because I wanted the day to myself. I went out for a nice walk, and spent some time walking and chatting with an elderly gent with his dog - reminiscing about 'the old days' at school and such like. Time well spent.

Gosh - I'm taking up your whole wall here! It's good to have time to chat.

Hi Donna! I need to have a Fly Lady Friday today - I have things 'to-do' all over the place and must get on with it! It's really windy and rainy here this morning - even the parks have closed today because of the gusting winds.

I'm on holiday this week - back on Monday. I had two weeks' off which has been really nice. I have to say, I am looking forward to retiring (officially) when I'm 66 (another 2 yrs), then I'll probably look around for something else to do part-time in a completely different field of work - maybe even in a shop or cafe or something where I'll meet people.
