    Hi and welcome to Spark! Thanks for adding me as a friend and I've added you as well.

    I joined Spark almost 8 years ago and it was the catalyst for me being able to finally lose the weight and keep it off for all these years. My advice is to get involved, join a team, make friends, and track your food and exercise every day. Being accountable, both to friends and to yourself by tracking, is the key to success.

    I'm so intrigued that you play the dulcimer! That is one of my favorite kinds of music to listen to.
