Hang in there, this is a journey and we take it one step at a time, one day at a time. On this journey we forgive ourselves, we encourage ourselves, and we try again and again and again. Sometime we fall but we get up and try again. Be encouraged and try to enjoy the journey.

Hello, You are very inspirational to me and I am guessing to others also. Not to speak for others, I have found that a person can be the same inside whether they have 60#s to lose or 150#s etc. You can put your amount in the # number. I have lost and gained weight. At one point I was 255# and at one point I was 115#. I was still the same person inside. I probably should have gotten counseling or therapy as I was reaching the 115# point because I could not handle the emotions of the attention I was getting. All I thought of was, "where were you when I had 60#s to lose?" (or other#s-you can put the #s that you want there, speaking to whomever is listening.) I learned who my real friends were. I was very uncomfortable with me and the reactions I was getting when I was thinner. I think it is really good you are getting therapy for this as you make progress. I always think of it as akin to getting plastic surgery or something. I can only say this now because I am 202 (8#s down "this time"). Any way, you are an inspiration to get counseling or therapy as you make progress. I should do this too. Thank you.

One day at a time........journaling is very healing. Do it while you are young. Will pray for you.

I admire your courage in trying to do this. Don't underestimate yourself. You can do this. Be positive in your thoughts. Be consistent in what you do. Hey, if it's water weight you lost, then you lost 4 pounds. That's good.
Keep happy thoughts in the front. You can do this.
