Starting Over - Day 31

Woke up with a migraine! So not posting much today. No ‘exercise’, but I got 5 miles, 12,000+ steps. Only 31.25 miles left in my 100 mile challenge. Sleep - not much, probably what triggered the migraine. I didn’t track all my food on Spark, so don’t have calorie counts, only used my WW app today cause my head hurt and I didn’t want to do both! B - eggs, English muffin, sausage - 5 S - caramel nut bar - 4 L - pita pizza - 6 D - chicken fajitas - 6 S - waffles, peanut butter, syrup - 12 (I had the points and a craving so..) Total 34 points I’m allowed 33 so I’m ok With the new WW freestyle plan - chicken breast, veggies, fruit, eggs are all free! We’ll see how this goes. I have not been overeating, but I’m kinda worried that this new plan will allow more free foods so I’ll eat more junk. 😬
