it has been a slow steady rain today and cold. Did not leave the house until tonight when I had to attend a church meeting.

As you know, I had dropped back on my step goal. For the last two days, I have recorded over 9000 steps (changing to 10000 tomorrow and try to get myself up to par again). I have gone back on the Spark People Diet and so far it is working good. I'm not on it 100% but am following as close as I can. Bought several pieces of fruit that I can mix up and have different fruit every meal. Also I had some vegetable soup left over from dinner which I put ;in 3 freezer containers (small) and I can pull them out when I need something to eat. I am proud to say that I have lost down to 134.4 which brings me to 14.4 pounds of my goal weight of 120. I did not think I would every get this close. Just keep me away from the plateau that I have gone through so many things.

My exercise consists mostly of walking as I am working hard on my step goal. I am also participating in some of the fit bit challenges. These are fun and makes me work hard.
