It's a Real Food week, Part II

Last week went pretty well. I wrote out my grocery list for this week a couple of days ago, and did most of the shopping today:

Whole organic chicken, organic celery, carrots, onion. I'm making a chicken noodle soup this weekend. It will go for two days.
Bunch of broccoli, onion, mushrooms, low fat cottage cheese, low fat sour cream, extra sharp cheddar cheese for a two meal broccoli, mushroom, noodle casserole.
Turkey spinach Florentine meatballs (prepared at my store deli) with my own mashed Yukon gold potatoes and Brussels sprouts.
The two meals of Pacific salmon I had set up for last week's dinners ended up in this week.
Also, I bought two frozen chicken Florentine meals that are back up if I don't want to cook.

Last week I had one non-real indulgence which was out of convenience at the time. It was an eight piece KFC grilled chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and GRAVY and a side of very SWEET coleslaw. It was very good, but I can't do that very often. Best wishes, Glenn
