I hit the gym every day after work. Pack my gym bag the night before, get it into my car in the morning, and make sure I commit to leaving work by a certain time (if I stay at the office too late, it's easy to talk myself out of going to the gym) and spend a set amount of time at the gym (which is on my way home from work). It becomes routine. Also, if you find yourself at the gym at the same time every day, you will start to see the same faces over and over -- I have a lot of gym friends who I've gotten to know over the years, and they are great for accountability. They give me a hard time when I am not there!
